Qualification Statement and Personal Pledge
I, Joan F. Caddigan, do hereby affirm that my qualifications
as an appraiser are firmly based upon my having been seriously
engaged in retailing (i.e. buying and selling antiques, fine arts,
and household furnishings of all description) for the past twenty-two
years.
My firm, Caddigan Auctioneers & Appraisers, Inc., currently conducts approximately fifty auctions per year which activity in itself gives a substantial insight into current and ongoing market values in the aforementikoned categories.
I also maintain a current and extensive library of reference material reflecting values and trends in pertinent categories.
My services as an appraiser have been utilized for over eighteen years by banks, homeowners, and attorneys for insurance and estate settlement purposes.
